About the role
We are looking for Medical Coders who care about precision and compliance. You will support specialty practices with clean coding that reduces denials and protects revenue.
Responsibilities
- Review documentation and assign codes
- Apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS accurately
- Query for missing documentation when needed
- Support denial prevention with clean coding
- Meet quality and turnaround targets
Requirements
- Coding certification preferred (CPC/CCS or equivalent)
- Specialty coding experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently remotely
