English Speaking Intern – Paid Internship (Location North Karachi)
Paid internship for candidates who want to sharpen their spoken English while supporting real customer conversations.
About the role
We are looking for English Speaking Interns to join our customer support team in North Karachi. This is a paid internship — you are paid for every hour you work.
You will handle inbound calls and messages from customers who need help with their orders, and you will get structured training in professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, WhatsApp and email
- Answer product and order questions accurately
- Log every interaction in our CRM
- Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team
- Improve your own spoken English with daily practice
Requirements
- Strong spoken English; comfortable on the phone
- Clear, polite and confident communication
- Basic computer and WhatsApp familiarity
- Available at least 5 days a week, 6 hours per shift
- No experience needed — we train you from day one
